An hour before running: I don't wanna run today.
5 minutes before running: I'm pumped! Let's do this!
While running: Can't breathe... Must keep going... Run to the rhythm of my music... Don't die...
5 minutes after running: Everything's awesome! I love running! I could run for the rest of my life!
An hour after running: I. Am going. To die.

my stupid little rant..
It really bothers me a lot when people say ” I wanna be skinny, I don’t want to eat today because I am trying to lose weight, I am fat, I feel fat, I just want to be skinny “ I am sorry but shut up, not eating for a day does not make you skinny. In fact it makes you gain weight, depending on what you eat. Most likely if you’re eating unhealthy the fat will stick more.
